It locks up after a few hands. Very frustrating. The partner is a complete idiot- I have to down bid every hand to cover for him. Please fix! Pricey app for such issues.

This is a review update: (Previous Reviews Below) Well the developer managed to fix slot of the main bugs. I personally am not having problems and am not directly effected with/by crashes. I am however displeased with the update delay after numerous posts via the developer stating update coming within weeks, which was nearly a month ago. I am pleased enough to at least be able to play it without bugs kicking me out. I would still like to blind bid myself without being behind.I would like some sort of tally or keeping track of bags. I wouldnt mind view last played hand. And I liked the automatic fan feature in hearts. That could be useful for the people complaining about the small cards. I also would like my partner to play an ace of spades when I bid nil after I go and not before. They still need some more brain power. On the plus side its a step in the right direction. Ill be willing to give this 4 stars as soon as its in its stability stage. I know developing takes time though so thanks. 2nd Review Okay, so....I find it to be extremely disrespectful to the iPhone community for a developer to write their own reviews, I have completed an official complaint to apple iTunes store and I suggest you do so as well. My previous review was at two stars based on logical legitimate concerns for the app. Thats the point for a review, to say what you feel needs to be done or what is good. For a developer to give themselves their own five stars simply to state an update is coming, is disrespectful to the community. Thats what description section is for. I have read previous reviews and understand that the updates are coming, but im not going to give a better review simply because we know its coming, it could have just as many problems, who knows. and to whoever says they think other competition is coming and writing bad reviews is clueless. there is only one other spades game and one other hearts game. For a developer to write their own 5 star review, not once, but twice!!!! just to state that an update is coming is ridiculous. Although, that should tell the iphone app users something itself. However, I am thankful for the time the developer has put into the games. Previous Review: Personally, I bought this game already having bought hearts from the same developer, knowing what I would get. If there were more versions out there I would tell you to look around. Sadly, there is not. I dont like the layout or interface, its too cheesy. I knew what I was buying when I bought because I have hearts but still. Its cheesy, especially the bowl of spaghetti or whatever it is. It could be sharper. Thats not what my review is about though because I bought it knowing what I was getting, only because there is no other options. My review is based on some of the things or people have pointed out. Like the players being dumb with their nils. They are not good in general. I dont like how it suggests to you what you should bid. I dont like how Ive played some games and my opponets have gone up to -736, thats negative. There should be a limit. It also needs to change the font size for what people have bidded and have them facing all one way. Also there should be a reset game action. There should also be a see last played hand button in hearts and spades. Other than that it would be a really decent game to advertise to my friends. Maybe add in multiplayer feature sometime when you get the chance.

There are numerous problems with this app. 1. Crashes all the time 2. Awards tricks to wrong player. 3. Partner seems to be a mental patient. 4. Partner always tries to bust you when you go nil 5. Every once in a while the cpu will go nill you bid and then it lets them bid again. Its junk dont buy it!

This has such potential, but the players are not very smart and it is frustrating! I like the game ok though....Please fix as soon as possible.

The app hangs all the time, the AI is incredible poor as well. This is a really poor application dont waste your money.

Worst 4 bucks every spent very poor software very disapointing

I can’t down load this on to my Classic Ipod. When I chose this game it didn’t say anything about needing to be an Iphone or Touch Ipod. When you order something off of iTunes make sure its compatible for your Ipod. I tried to Report a problem but the site never came up. So I will be paying for something that I cant use. If you like me and down load a far amount of movies and music I think tech support should be there for free and not have to pay a fee. Its funny that the problem site wont open.....

Theres a glinch with the app in that every once in a while the program awards a trick to a player that didnt win it. This is super frustrating when youre bidding blind and youre awarded a trick you didnt deserve. Makes you not want to play the game at all.

This game works well for one or two hands. Then it refuses to deal any more hands without reseting the score and starting a new game.

This "game" is practically unplayable and a total waste of $4. Tricks get awarded to the wrong player about once every hand, sandbags set teams back only 40% of the time, some optional settings, like 10-for-200, dont work. Horrible computer AI (forget about your partner covering your nil bid), and a number of other issues make this the worst paid app Ive ever downloaded. Steer clear of this one!

I have never been able to finish a game. At some point the program will not deal the cards. It appears to be related to who the dealer is as I have never made it more than three hands. Product support appears to be non existent. I tried to find some instructions to see if the dealing thing was my error with no luck. If I use the reset all button the game begins to work again for somewhere between 1 and 3 hands.Computer players make no attempt to cover a nil partner and bidding is unpredictable at best. If they would at least bid consistently you could adjust your bid to compensate. I appreciate thw work that has to have gone into this app , but if it does not work do not charge for it. Need a better rating system "Hate It" = one star is misleading looks like there is something good about it and there isnt.

Almost never deal. I have to reset everything to play again. I have only played 2 games in a row.

Game crashes when you beat the computer on nil bids. Will often give hands to the wrong player. This game is blowin it

This game is horrible and constantly has glitches in how the computer plays. Whoever wrote the code for this game should find another way to earn a living or be put out of their misery (and ours for having to put up with their inept attempts to write logical code)

Would love to play a game of spades if it didnt freeze up all the time! Have to hit reset button for it to start playing again and again and again....

Dont buy. Im pissed. Most expensive spade app and its about the dumbest graphics. You have to swipe your own books. Hard to see between clubs and spades. Hard to pull correct card. Ugh. So mad
